Role Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executives will drive revenue growth through strategic lead generation, pipeline management, and closing of property sales.
We are seeking high-performing, results-driven professionals to join our expanding regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities
🔸Develop and execute effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
🔸Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
🔸Close property sales and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
🔸Provide structured follow-up and after-sales support to ensure smooth client onboarding
🔸Promote and strengthen the Heri Homes brand through digital platforms, site visits, and marketing events.
🔸Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to refine campaigns and market positioning.
🔸Support international and National sales initiatives as required.
Requirements
✅Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
✅Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales/marketing; real estate experience is an added advantage.
✅Strong understanding of current real estate market trends.
✅Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
✅Minimum 2,000 followers on active social media platforms.
✅Ready to commence work immediately.
